Orchid Cottage is a cozy cottage in Haiku, Hawaii on the north shore of Maui. Sweet, rural neighborhood. Quiet and secluded.
It's surrounded by a tropical yard full of fruit trees like Starfruit, Lychee,
Papaya, Banana, Mango, Lemon, Tangerine and Avocado. We
have tropical flowers such as Pikake, Plumeria, Night Blooming Jasmine, Haleconias,
Red and Blue Ginger and bird of Paradise growing on the property and trees such
as Allspice, Clove, Bayleaf, Nutmeg, and Kukui Nut.
Enjoy your coffee or juice on your deck overlooking the ocean. We are 15 minutes
to the beaches and waterfalls. We see a rainbow almost everyday.
Our beautiful 2 Bedroom/1 Bath cottage has gorgeous ocean views. I have seen
whales breaching from the deck. The Haleakala Volcano can be seen from the kitchen.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a twin. Sleeps
3 comfortably. The kitchen is fully furnished. Towels and linens included. Washer
and Dryer onsite. No smoking, No pets. Wireless/LAN internet, Cable TV, VCR
, DVD.
Open-plan living & dining/kitchen. Large deck/lanai. 20 mins to Paia, north
shore beaches & up-country Makawao. South shore tourist areas 45-60 mins.
This is a sublet.
Rates are US$125.00 a night. 3 Night Minimum. 7 nights or more - we
will discount to US$ 98.00 a night. Monthly Rate: $2400.00. There is
an 11.4% transient accomodation tax as well as the rate.
We require a 50% deposit by credit card or check. Check must be recieved 30
day prior to arrival date. Checks must be drawn on a US account. Deposit Policy:
we will refund your deposit in full if you cancel 30 days in advance of arrival
date. 30 Days or less - we will refund 80% of you deposit. Have
